KeyRolesandResponsibilities:
Ensurecommercial Drug Product batches are manufactured and released in timeto guaranteecontinuous supply to all global markets
Create a weekly Operational Planfor semi-finished and finished Drug Product to follow up on the manufacturing and packaging schedule and define required action items
Ensurea timelyarrival of Drug Substance shipments andallocateDrug Substance to the Drug Product batches, taking into consideration the different regulatory and market restrictions
Define a shipment schedule ensuring global target inventory levels are met
Coordinate all (supply chain) activities in alignment and communicating with the internal and external stakeholders (CMOs, CMC, QA, analytics,logistics, distribution teams)
Coordinate the commercial artwork planning execution in collaboration withthe Supply Chain artwork managerin line with internal procedures and CMO packaging schedule
SupportSupply Planning Lead with schedulingDrug Product batches and packaging runs with CMO’s, balancing supply, demand, inventory
Support Supply Planning Lead withnew product launches planning and execution
Supply planning and execution for argenx’ pre-approval access program
Process ERP transactions, includingfor example itemPOcreation,work orderprocessingandbatch receipts, tomaintaina current inventory status
Execute quarterly inventory reconciliations, investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies;participateduring (virtual) physical stock counts withCMO’s
Identifyanddriveoperational business planningprocess improvementopportunities
Qualificationsand skills
Minimum 2 yearsof supply chain experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Bachelor orMaster’s degree in Science or Supply Chain ManagementLogistics
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders- teamplayer with an analyticalmindset and deliver-oriented focus
Flexibility in combination with a proactive mindset
Demonstrated understanding ofsupply chain interdependencies with multi-disciplinary teams
GDP/GMPexperienceis plus
Experience with(implementation of)ERP systems is a plus
