The Role: Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will manage supply chain execution across data center construction projects. This role exists to ensure materials, equipment, and vendor performance align with project schedules, cost targets, and operational requirements.

You will coordinate across design, construction, procurement, and operations teams while managing supplier performance and resolving delivery issues. Your work directly impacts project timelines, cost control, and overall delivery reliability.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage supply chain activities including demand planning, forecasting, logistics, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination

  • Monitor project timelines and material delivery schedules to ensure alignment with construction milestones

  • Identify supply risks early and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays

  • Establish and track KPIs for supplier performance, delivery timelines, and supply chain efficiency

  • Lead supplier qualification and performance reviews for equipment and service providers

  • Serve as the escalation point for vendor-related issues such as delays, change orders, and invoice discrepancies

  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve delivery and performance issues

  • Support development and management of supplier agreements, including renewals and extensions

  • Issue and track equipment orders under established agreements

  • Collaborate with Design Engineering and Construction teams to communicate lead times and obsolescence risks

  • Prepare and deliver status updates and performance reports to stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost, and consistency across projects

What We’re Looking For

  • You take ownership of supply chain performance and delivery outcomes

  • You anticipate risks and act before they impact projects

  • You communicate clearly with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

  • You manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

  • You resolve issues using practical, data-driven decisions

  • You build strong working relationships across functions

  • You maintain accountability while working through ambiguity

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Experience managing supply chain operations within construction, infrastructure, or related industries

  • Strong understanding of procurement-adjacent processes for mechanical, electrical, or data center equipment

  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools, ERP systems, or data tracking platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects

  • Experience managing supplier performance and KPIs

  • Familiarity with long-lead equipment planning and logistics

  • Experience working in cross-functional project environments

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every preferred qualification.
