Job Description

Location: Remote - West Greenwich, RI

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 11 months

Compensation: $53/$60 per hour (based on experience)



Summary of the Role

Join the global warehouse team of a large biotech pharmaceutical leader to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on physical financial flow (PFF) tolling and cGMP business processes. You will be responsible for script testing, closely collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring warehouse requirements are met with no disruption during go-live. Your expertise in GMP warehousing, warehouse processes, and project management will be crucial to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, emphasizing warehouse business processes and PFF tolling
  • Conduct script testing in ALM, validate system specification requirements, and document findings
  • Collaborate with system architects, business process owners, and stakeholders to confirm solutions meet warehouse needs
  • Analyze and resolve warehouse issues documented in Jira
  • Identify and communicate potential impacts of changes to related warehouse requirements and processes
  • Assist with supply chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects
  • Gather data and perform metric analysis to support decision making
  • Contribute to general department project management tasks

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in GMP warehousing
  • Experience in pharma or biotech environments
  • Strong script testing and basic project management expertise
  • On-the-floor cGMP warehouse experience
  • Critical thinking skills to understand interconnected warehouse processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of warehouse business processes
  • SAP experience, particularly with warehouse modules WM, SRM, and EWM
  • Experience administering test sets for system implementation
  • Experience working on geographically dispersed, FDA-regulated (cGMP) project teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptability

Basic Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree
  • Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
