Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and components.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support high level service degree to our customers while minimizing excess stock and transportation costs.
  • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products or services.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of supply chain KPIs and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of supply chain activities, including tracking, measurement, reporting and analysis of performance data.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, then implement strategies and technologies to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Lead and coach supply chain team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Conduct department meetings and represent department in operational meetings.
  • Conduct yearly performance reviews.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and propose resource plan based on company midterm planning. Conduct hiring and training.
