In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Planning and strategy
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, quality) to ensure production processes adhere to product specifications, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles, fostering continuous improvement across all production operation
Budget Management
Support sourcing team to make annual NMI plan and develop cost saving projects
Purchasing & Sourcing
Supplier relationship management (SRM), conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement with key suppliers to enhance supply chain agility
Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes through lean methodologies and value stream mapping to reduce lead times, improve efficiency and lower operational costs
