・生産計画、在庫、調達、倉庫、配送プロセスの管理
・主要指標を用いたサプライチェーン全体の運営改善
・業務システムを活用した効率的な運用の推進
・社内外との連携による需給調整への貢献
・サプライヤーの評価、協働、管理
・品質基準に基づく倉庫環境の維持と改善
