HIRING POSITION: Supply Chain Management Manager

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee supply chain operations, including supplier negotiations, logistics optimization, and inventory management.
• Create and execute supply chain strategies that align with the companys business goals.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and financial stability. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Supervise the transportation and distribution of incoming components and finished goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Manage transportation modes, carriers, and routes.
• Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and track turnover rates, lead times, and demand forecasts.
• Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain. Address and resolve supply chain challenges.
• Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency through data analysis and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in supply chain roles.
• Expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive supply chain dynamics, including component sourcing, manufacturing processes, and international logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
