・サプライチェーン・プランニング及びロジスティックスの全てのレベルにわたって必要な改善の特定、実行。
この中に、サプライチェーン業務の効率化を図るため、製造グループとの協力体制の構築やサプライチェーン業務のデジタル化を進めることも含まれる。
・S&OPプロセスの確立、改善。また、S&OPのタイムラインをサポートするためにタイムリーな情報共有及び計画の立案、実行。
・ロジスティックスサービスプロバイダーと協力し、ビジネスの成長をサポートするための能力開発やツールの計画、実行。
・サプライチェーン業務の全要素（安全、コスト、サービス品質）を網羅するサプライチェーン・プランニング＆ロジスティクスプロセスのパーフォマンスを管理するためのKPIとツールの立案、維持。
・ビジネスの戦略的な要求を満たすため、正確かつ効果的なアセット（シリンダー、キャニスター、倉庫）計画の立案／実行。
