The Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) Supply Chain team is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our 787 Supply Chain Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift
The Supply Chain Management Analyst will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions as well as apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
Position Responsibilities:
Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
Analyzes complex material requirements
Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan
Determines part number attributes
Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
Ensures on-time delivery
Documents and resolves order delinquencies
Reports schedule adherence issues
Develops and controls inventory plans
Optimizes inventory levels
Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories
Initiates audits
Develops and creates schedules for products and services
Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals
Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
Works under general direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management
3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success
3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience with procurement experience utilizing standard processes and procedures
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience with the ERPLN application (or comparable ordering & planning systems)
3+ years of experience with REDARS and assessing BOM requirements
3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support

Pay Range for Level 3: $85,850 - $116,150
Pay Range for Level 4: $106,250 – $143,750
