Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our 767 team in Everett, Washington

Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory alongside the product this role will directly support. Whether you are currently working in supply chain or looking to make a change - this role will bring candidates into the complex and challenging world of demand management, program integration and supply chain analysis.

The 767 Program Supply Chain Team is recruiting a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our organization. This role will work with both external suppliers, internal customers and business partners. Responsibilities will include demand management, inventory management and value stream integration.

Our team is currently hiring for Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Supply Chain Management Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
  • Analyzes complex material requirements.
  • Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
  • Determines part number attributes.
  • Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
  • Ensures on-time delivery.
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
  • Reports schedule adherence issues.
  • Develops and controls inventory plans.
  • Optimizes inventory levels.
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories.
  • Initiates audits.
  • Develops and creates schedules for products and services.
  • Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
  • Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management analysis
  • 1+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
  • 1+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills Experience):

  • Level 3: 4+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products
