Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Maternity Cover) for the team ​at Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG)!

What will you do?
  • Assist the Global Logistics Manager in coordinating priorities, addressing bottlenecks, and managing critical operational issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Monitor key logistics performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support logistics audits and contribute to the identification and closure of process gaps across Group plants.
  • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on flows, priorities, and operational impacts.
  • Support global logistics initiatives, including process standardization, training activities, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage urgent operational situations (“firefighting”) ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support customer and Sales Key Account interactions on critical logistics topics (e.g. missed deliveries, pipeline management).
What are we looking for?
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP modules MM-PP is preferred.
  • Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
  • Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and practices.
  • Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Accountability, Problem-Solving, Resilience and Passion, Team Play, Leadership.
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or a related field in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in an FMCG company.
