Job Description

The Supply Chain Logistics Rep II is responsible for all tactical elements of outbound logistics for the Direct Ship program, including all customer documentation and communication, 3PL communication, and prioritization. Maintains oversight of product delivery to wholesale business partners and provides strong delivery performance and share analytics/KPIs with all stakeholders. Analyzes potential solutions, quantifies trade-off considerations, and implements cross-functional processes. Builds processes to strengthen new ideas for growth and generate stakeholder alignment and commitment.

Responsibilities:
20% Manages outbound processes for Direct Ship distribution of products as well as the administrative control and information flow. Delivers to meet the annual goals of the Direct Ship Program.

15% Uses change-management strategies to effectively manage and communicate proactively Direct Ship transportation impacts.

10% Acts as the focal point of contact for cross-functional business partners for Direct Ship inquiries. Represents logistics team on regular LSP execution calls. Ensures LSPs meet performance and service standards and communicate root cause for service risks/failures.

10% Communicates directly with wholesale partner's account logistics/operations teams.

10% Collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product delivery to customers is timely and compliant to customer expectations.

10% Partners with key stakeholders to build last mile delivery visibility.

5% Supports the implementation of enterprise-wide and department priority programs to ensure the success of the company.

15% Acts as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and system capabilities/constraints. Coordinates with logistics and Account Operations leadership teams. Drives results while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.

5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
• Preferred experience in working with global organization
• Apparel/footwear industry experience desired.
• Experience working with a global consumer products company is preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards/practices
• Knowledge of logistics provider(s) (carrier, 3PL, freight forwarder, etc.)Demonstrate integrity, maturity, and constructive approach to supply chain challenges
• Proficient use of common computer software, such as Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word at minimum)
• Demonstrated top performance in prior roles, with increasing level of responsibility
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to complete multiple projects as needed
• Operate professionally, ethically and cooperatively as a member of a highly diverse and collaborative staff
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent requests / inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
• Broad understanding of supply chain processes, procedures and internal structure and partners
• Proactive and assertive in follow through with customers and business partners
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize essential tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems

Typical Office: Generally sedentary for prolonged periods, may occasionally require ability to move about or adjust/move items weighing up to 10 lbs. in all directions; Constantly requires collaboration and the ability to communicate with others to exchange information while in a typical office setting. Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
