Goal of function: For our Supply Chain & Logistics department in Willebroek (BE) or ‘s Hertogenbosch (NL), we are looking for someone who will support our Supply Chain & Logistics Lead until March 2028, whom will be working on a global ERP-project. After an extensive training, we will work together on topics such as.

Demand Planning & Forecasting (SAP – IBP):

  • Able to host meetings with different departments to modify the forecast to the latest market changes
  • Analyze demand and check different KPI’s such as Forecast Accuracy & Forecast Bias and take the correct actions where necessary
  • Responsible for the forecast of products that will be launched or rationalized

Stock management (SAP):

  • Order the correct amount of stock for the replenishment of our local warehouse in Willebroek
  • Verify the SAP stock by executing periodical checks such as weekly/monthly controls & yearly inventory counts together with the Customer Service, Finance & Technical Operations
  • Bottleneck management, you follow-up (potential) out of stock situations and inform different stakeholders
  • Check products with a short expiry date and look for solutions for the expected write-offs

Logistic Flows:

  • Handle the relationship with our 3PL through daily contact in regards to transportation, customer complaints, return flow, KPIs, etc.
  • Support the Customer Service & Sales in issues with our 3PL
  • Foresee enough trucks to handle the daily transport between the CDC and LDC
  • Monitor the various costs and potential savings

Administrative:

  • Modify the S&OPs to our current way of working
  • Verify invoices from third parties
  • Complete internal controls

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain or Logistic role
  • Experience with ERP-systems is required, SAP is an advantage
  • Up-to-date knowledge of and experience with MS office packages (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • You are motivated, pro-active, have a hands-on mentality and think solution-oriented
  • You work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible and can cope well with change
  • Ideally an excellent command of Dutch, English is mandatory
