Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Responsible for monitoring the materials planning to meet project’s requirements and production schedule.
• Release PR base on MRP in ERP system, tracking supply overview and material delivery status; deal with all issues for materials shortage or postpone, take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery.
• Monitor stocks and take actions to control reasonable stock level, regularly take actions for slow-moving inventory to ensure material availability.
• According to sales order to dispatch and release Production Schedule. Analyze capacity loading to meet delivery requirement and company sales target.
• Coordinate with all departments (PD, warehouse, Purch CS) to fulfill production plan, material plan, and achieve on time delivery. Ensure production capacity utilization.
• Utilize lean principles or KAIZEN to drive improvement and cost saving of material planning production planning.
• Follow lean principles to optimize different solutions and take actions accordingly to solve the problem to ensure the material supply.
• Maintain and analysis master data in ERP System issue (ERP & planning process) follow up and problem solving.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor or above degree. Production manufacturing, logistics process management, procurement management and other related supply chain majors are preferred.
• More than 5 years’ working experience in material or production planning in the manufacturing industry. Understand sales plans and market demand.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to manage complex planning scenarios.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems
• Leadership and logical thinking ability.
• Team cooperation spirit; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent English both oral and written
