  • Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and drive total cost of ownership improvements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements in partnership with Accounts Payable and Finance teams.

  • Operate autonomously within guidance provided by the Director, Operations or EnviroLogix General Manager to define and implement a sourcing strategy and more broadly to achieve the supply chain and financial goals and objectives of EnviroLogix.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory management for all sites, Portland, St Charles, Brazil and China, including general ownership, control, and management activities.
  • Partner with Value Stream Supervisors to establish and maintain the cycle count process, root cause analysis for discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory approaching expiration and identify opportunities to consume or repurpose materials within production.

  • Calculate and provide monthly inventory projection with finance.
  • Develop annual inventory projections for the annual budget process.
  • Lead long-term inventory reduction problem-solving initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive both short- and long-term actions and achieve sustained inventory reduction across the organization.

  • Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Planning teams to align sourcing with production and product development needs.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Finance to negotiate favorable payment terms and ensure alignment with cash flow strategies.
  • Support product transfers, scale-ups, and new product introductions with strategic sourcing input.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and sourcing data in ERP systems, including lead times, to ensure proper material flow.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and track KPIs related to cost savings, lead time reduction, inventory turns and supplier performance.
