As we expand, we’re seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our evolving team by ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth supply operations.


Position Description


The Supply Chain & Inventory Assistant supports daily inventory activities, procurement processes, and facility supply coordination. From stock reconciliation and vendor liaison to tracking usage of operational items, the role is essential to keeping our supply chain responsive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.


Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate daily inventory records and perform regular stock checks

· Reconcile physical stock with system data and flag discrepancies

· Liaise with approved vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality supplies

· Track usage and coordinate restocking of essential operational items

· Assist with basic procurement documentation and supplier performance tracking

· Update inventory software and generate weekly/monthly reports

· Ensure safe storage practices and support facility supply needs

Requirements


Required Skills & Experience

· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain support

· Basic understanding of stock control procedures and safe storage practices

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory software is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and coordination skills
