The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.
We are offering an internship based in Winsted, MN.
Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour

Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead automation and business process improvement projects aimed at removing manual data entry bottlenecks across our planning departments.
S&OE Alignment: Support critical Supply & Operations Execution (S&OE) activities, helping align immediate production schedules with dynamic material and order changes.
Automate P2P Workflow: Map out and eliminate inefficiencies in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle by engineering automated workflows for order confirmations, procurement logs, and shipping updates.
Data Visualization & Analytics: Own the design and deployment of business intelligence dashboards to transform complex manufacturing datasets into scannable, real-time visual summaries for senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement (WCM): Actively participate in global World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities and lean initiatives to optimize communication and reduce waste between engineering and production teams.
We believe the ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, or a related.
You have a passion for efficiency and have hands-on experience or school projects using Power Automate, Python, SQL, or Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros).
You have a sharp eye for data and know how to build clear, functional dashboards using Power BI.
You are an excellent communicator comfortable bridging the gap between shop-floor operators and technical production engineers.
Familiarity with systems like SAP is a big plus.
