We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and hands-on Supply Chain Specialist (Early-in-Career) to join our Supply Chain Team in Vilnius. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure to complex healthcare supply chain, master data engineering, and digital order-to-cash workflows across Lithuania and Latvia.
Location: Based in Vilnius, Lithuania
Duration 12 months contract
Type: Paid internship (Full-time, 40h/week)
For successful candidates the salary offered is 19 000 EUR gross per year.
What You Will Do:
Master Data Maintenance Maintain products in legacy systems (e.g., web-shop, SAP).
Compliance & Environmental Reporting:Collect, structure, and verify data for waste management and environmental compliance reporting.
Inventory & KPI's Analytics: Actively participate in warehouse stock counts and analyze critical supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF).
Order to Cash (O2C):Assist with end-to-end order processing, document archiving, and operational query resolution using SAP and Salesforce systems.
Who You Are:
Recent graduate with a university degree or currently pursuing a master’s/postgraduate degree.
You enjoy digging into data, identifying process bottlenecks, and taking proactive ownership to resolve operational challenges.
Driven, highly organized, and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.
Eager to work deeply with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce) and advanced data / Excel tools.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian (oral and written).
