Boeing Global Services is looking for a Supply Chain Integration Lead (Level 5) to join the Supply Chain Recovery team in Seattle, WA.
In this role, you will develop and execute robust Recovery Plans in partnership with our suppliers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be to drive improved supplier performance and achieve measurable targets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Boeing teammates across Business Units, including Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain functional experts, and Boeing leadership. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving BGS goals of driving Supply Cain Stability.
The Supply Chain Integration Lead will demonstrate expertise in project leadership, strong relationship management, and procurement skills. They will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a strong drive to take action. Additionally, they will seamlessly integrate Boeing’s supply chain efforts with the recovery team to ensure cohesive and efficient execution of recovery plans.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationship with BGS-C Supply Chain at all levels.
Lead synchronization efforts, leveraging strong communication, collaboration, and customer focus to drive successful outcomes.
Partner with Boeing Supply Chain to develop and lead the Supplier Recovery Roadmap and related projects, ensuring shared priorities and synchronized progress to plans and actions.
Coordinate, Collaborate and Present Recovery Project Plans, Status, Actions and Help Needed with Supply Chain teams & Key Stakeholders
Collaborate closely and foster a strong sense of ownership with internal teams including Supplier Management, Planning, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Global Field Operations to actively engage in recovery efforts with suppliers.
Leads the development of mitigation plans for identified risks to resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
Analyzes supplier and internal business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manage
5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships
5+ years of experience applying risk management and mitigation principles
5+ years of project management
5+ years leading a cross functional team experience
Willing to travel requirement: 25%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Forecasting, asset mgmt. and collaborative planning
Strong communication and relational skills
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external)
Experience working with suppliers and managing a supply base in a dynamic environment with frequent expedited procurement demands
Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices
Build effective briefings
Collaborating respectfully
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to drive results.
Experience in supply chain capacity planning
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
PMP Certification or willingness to obtain PMP certification.
