British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION PLANNING MANAGERin WARSAW

The Supply Chain Innovation Planning (SCIP) Manager is a Supply Chain Functional Expert within Supply Network Operations, responsible for anticipating and executing customer NPI requirements through effective planning, timely delivery, and strong customer satisfaction. The role drives new products from planning to first commercial production, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in full, while reducing MCSP write-off costs, supporting PIPO compliance, strengthening regional supply-chain relationships, improving speed, reliability, cost and service, driving digital tool adoption, building Area/Category capabilities, and facilitating process simplification with key regional and transformation stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cross collaboration with different areas with the aim to deliver on time and in full the project pipeline for the category.
  • Facilitate offline planning when needed.
  • Track last production, NPI tests, and first production completion.
  • Manage and mitigate Write-Offs across the category.
  • Support EM Project Manager on systems and master data readiness.
  • Oversee the completion of Supply Chain assessment before launch commitment, represent planning in project meetings, advise on supply activities, highlight risks, and support acceleration.
  • Ensure processes, procedures, and systems follow the global operating model.
  • Lead and upskill the team.

What are we looking for?

  • 35 years in Planning, Logistics or NPI; ManufacturingCommercial experience preferred.
  • Broad Supply Chain process and metrics knowledge.
  • Business Management degree or equivalent desirable.
  • Knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle, demand and inventory planning.
  • Experience with SAP/APO, Kinaxis, PBI and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, engagement, influencing, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Flexible team player, comfortable with ambiguity and small diverse teams CI mentality.
