Activities

  • Obsługa klientów  głównie niemieckojęzycznych  : Mercedes, Magna Steyr, MAN , VW, BMW , wewnętrznych klientów Hutchinson
  • Codzienne odbieranie, analiza i obsługa zamówień klientów zgodnie z wymogami odbiorcy .
  • Kontakt z klientem.
  • Dbanie o wysoki poziom obsługi klienta.
  • Pilnowanie poprawności danych przekazywanych do tworzenia planu produkcyjnego.
  • Sporządzanie instrukcji wysyłkowych na podstawie wymagań klienckich.
  • Organizowanie transportów. 
  • Zarządzanie  EOP  ( end of production) .
  • Minimalizowanie ryzyka obsoletów.
  • Minimalizowanie ryzyka transportów specjalnych.
  • Raportowanie wskaźników logistycznych.
  • Obsługa reklamacji logistycznych.
  • Kompletowanie dokumentacji WDT
