Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly reporting, including data collection and validation for forecasts, projects, and budget.

• Prepare & maintain financial trackers & dashboards

• Support inventory and overhead analysis as part of Supply Chain performance reporting

• Assist in documentation and internal control (ICFR) support, including reconciliations and audit evidence

• Work closely with Supply Chain Finance team members to ensure timely and accurate financial outputs

Qualifications:

• Final year undergraduate student or fresh graduate (maximum 1 year after graduation) with a background in accounting.

• Demonstrates foundational knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data; able to organize data, maintain trackers, and support performance reporting activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards); familiarity with reporting or planning tools is a plus.

• Detail oriented with the ability to support reconciliations, documentation, and internal control (ICFR) processes.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Exhibits good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and responsible.
