SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE – DATA ANALYST

SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE / DATA & ANALYTICS

As our Supply Chain Finance – Data Analyst, you will design and roll out global reporting dashboards that support supply chain financial results, forecasts, and performance insights—helping modernize reporting through accurate, automated, user‑friendly analytics for global stakeholders.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Supply Chain Finance – Data Analyst, you play a critical role in modernizing Supply Chain Finance reporting by developing global dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and delivering insights that support decision‑making across the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain Finance Business Analytics and the SCF GPO, and you will manage:

1. Dashboard & Report Development

• Design, build, and maintain global Power BI dashboards supporting Actuals, Forecasts, Budget cycles, and key financial KPIs
• Leverage certified data models and adapt visuals to Supply Finance stakeholder needs
• Implement advanced DAX calculations
• Ensure UI/UX consistency by applying Coty’s Power BI template and theme

2. Data Modelling & Governance

• Connect dashboards to governed data sources in Databricks and semantic models
• Validate mappings, hierarchies, data submissions, and reconciliations against official results

3. Testing, QC & Deployment

• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of filters, calculations, and security roles
• Publish dashboards to Power BI Apps with the correct row‑level security configuration

4. Business Partnership

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance Business Analytics and the SCF GPO to gather requirements
• Present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance analytics
• Contribute to the Supply Chain Finance Data & AI roadmap and governance

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a data‑driven analyst with strong Supply Chain Finance understanding, you thrive in a global environment and enjoy turning complex data into trusted insights and analytics products.

Hard skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for supply/finance reporting
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Strong understanding of supply costs (manufacturing, logistics, procurement) and financial forecasting
• Fluent English
• SQL and/or Python experience (preferred)
• Experience in global or multinational environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with BI governance frameworks and KPI standardisation (preferred)
