The role
We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. You may also support automation and integration projects through UAT, giving you the chance to deepen your knowledge of system processes.
