Job Description

Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a Team of Planners in their daily tasks
• Update Promotion, Security Stock and products database in our Ordering System
• Liaise with Commercial, IT & Operations Dept for alignment
• Prepare and share daily & Weekly KPI’s
• Prepare reports as and when required
• Maintain robust relationships with local suppliers, addressing concerns and exploring opportunities for added value
• Develop and present key performance indicators related to procurement activities

Other Requisites

• Higher School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sector
• Conversant with MS Office package and experience with ERP system.
• Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage
• Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
• Detail and results-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
