As a Supply Chain Executive (1-year contract),you will be a member of our Global Operations team in Indonesia and will support the team in managing all matters relating to supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the import/export arrangements to meet the changing levels of customer demand
Support purchase order processing
Process all goods receipts in ERP according to the packing list accurately
Ensure inventory movements in 3PL warehouse align with ERP transactions
Update and monitor shipment ETA in the forecast replenishment plan
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize ERP system and physical stock
Manage vendors and evaluate suppliers’ performance
Support data & documentation maintenance
Prepare reports for analysis purposes
Monitor/Assess warehouse inventory levels and demand trends to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Assist in ad hoc supply chain/ logistics assignment.
Handle system entry relating to supply chain function, including stock movement or shipment process
EHS Responsibilities
Perform, maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program, including training, audit, etc., arranged by the company
Location
This role is assigned to work in a new office location in Jalan Tomang(West Jakarta)
What You’ll Have
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
3+ years of work experience in F&B procurement, warehouse, or logistics environment
Sound knowledge and clear understanding of import/export process in Indonesia
Awareness and ability to work/partner with 3PL on operational processes in Indonesia
Inventory management concepts and KPIs (i.e., cycle/stock counting, FIFO, stock reconciliation, forecast and replenishment, GDP, ISO practices)
Basic knowledge of accounting & tax-related matters in Indonesia (good to have)
Good computer skills (especially with Excel & PPT)
Fluent in speaking/writing Bahasa Indonesia, preferably good at speaking/writing in English
Experience in other ERP systems is an added advantage
Able to commence work by 1 September 2026
