Objective:
The role is also the owner of LOGOS, our logistics operating system, responsible for the successful implementation and roll out across all markets in EUROPE score (UKI, FR, IB,IT,GAS,NOR,BNLX).
This role is responsible to coordinate the redesigning, standardization and the project step-change in processes of S&OP & S&OE and the implementation and adoption across all markets within Europe.
This also includes driving community of practices and continuous improvement in both LOGOS maturity and KPI delivery.
This role will also lead key strategic initiatives on future structures of the Supply Chain team in Europe, driving both standardisation in roles across markets, but also defining and working with GBS and GCOE to define and agree the future operating models across Demand, Customer Service, Customer Excellence and Physical Logistics.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the LOGOS across Europe, ensuring consistent improvement in maturity score, and driving the prioritisation of our LOGOS improvement plans in line with our strategic objectives defined by Operations EPDM and Supply Chain Europe. - Markets to include Benelux, CNE, Italy, Iberia, France and UKI.
- Alignment on priorities & problems we will solve and improve through both LOGOS and transformational business projects across Customer Service, Demand Planning, Customer Excellence, Physical Logistics and Supply
Planning .
- Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Supply Chain, this role should manage the defined and agreed new ways of working in conjunction with Heads of S&OP Europe, Supply Lead West, Customer Excellence, Logistics Leads and our functional/technical experts in the Global Centre of Excellence. To fully reflect and update LOG.OS standards for S&OE and other routines we evolve through the various improvement initiatives we have.
- To also include recommendations on people structures across Europe Supply Chain to support optimised delivery of new ways of working.
- The role supports the delivering of gross savings benefit of SCL reduction of $6M in 2026, OTIF improvement of 0.3%, working capital reduction and VLC productivity improvements as defined in the Operating Europe strategic priorities over the next 3 years.
Knowledge & Experience:
Degree Level or Equivalent Subject matter knowledge: Expert across all key supply chain processes (Demand, Supply, Physical Logistics, Customer Excellence, Integrated Business Planning, S&OE).
Sector/Market/BU knowledge Previous formative experience – Leading teams
across several of the key Subject Areas in FMCG environment to ensure strong understanding of the interconnection between roles/functions across the supply chain.
Skills:
Strong leadership and influencing skills required to ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and link to supply chain processes Planning and coordinating of CAPEX budget (where required for cross BU Digital Initiatives).
