  • Support supplier transitions, tooling implementation, First Article Inspection (FAI), and production readiness for new programs.
  • Provide technical expertise for supplier selection, manufacturing process improvements, tooling development, and strategic engineering projects.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues impacting production, including quality concerns, material shortages, delivery delays, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies that protect production schedules and revenue objectives.
  • Evaluate supplier business proposals and recommend solutions that improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall business performance.
  • Support supplier qualification activities and ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and technical leadership.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel periodically to supplier and customer locations to support technical reviews, supplier development, and manufacturing readiness activities.
