  • Performing structured root-cause and process analysis across the end-to-end flow.
  • Translating findings into concrete process improvements to simplify, stabilize and accelerate the flow.
  • Strengthening material-control mechanisms and first-time-right order/material readiness.
  • Supporting clear E2E ownership, Daily Management and escalation mechanisms across Philips, factories, transport and the 3PL flow.
  • Identifying causes of operational stagnation, including DG inspections, incorrect labelling, missing information and other process dependencies.
  • Creating and maintaining a loading calendar to improve outbound planning, resource visibility and staffing alignment.

You're the right fit if

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Physical Distribution
  • You have a min bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process improvement.
  • You have hands-on knowledge of Philips supply chain and processes.
  • You have knowledge of supply chain, transport, logistics, operations or physical distribution.
  • You can establish E2E dashboards, KPIs and performance baselines, and turn data into action.
  • You have experience with structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • You collaborate effectively across Philips, factories, transport partners and a 3PL environment.

Compensation & Benefits
