Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.

Scope of Position:

The Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all core supply chain functions across the division and/or MAP (market access point) within a 0-24 month horizon—including Integrated Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer. This role serves as the single point of accountability for all supply chain-related activities across the division, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain functions. This role will drive operational excellence, cost-efficiency, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the entire value chain and align with the division’s strategic goals.

This leader partners closely with Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, IT, and enterprise Supply Chain Centers of Excellence to deliver reliable customer service, optimized inventory, resilient supply, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional influence, executive presence, and the ability to lead through complexity in a matrixed, multi-site, and global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Supply Chain Leadership

  • Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with divisional/MAP and enterprise goals.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and standardized process, tools and KPIs across the supply chain network and for all supply chain disciplines (integrated planning, procurement, logistics, customer experience)
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, commercial, finance, and IT.

Integrated Planning & Customer Experience

  • Enforce the orchestration of global integrated planning processes across, sites, business, and regions for the short and mid-term horizon (0-24 months)
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting & customer supply chain integration and synchronisation.
  • Drives inventory optimization to meet customer service levels and working capital targets.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management to ensure continuity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and supplier performance metrics.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to improve service, speed, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and sustainability goals.

Talent & Capability Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain team.
  • Champion workforce development, including upskilling in digital tools and analytics.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with mixed experience in planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Deep experience in SIOP, inventory optimization and end to end supply chain planning.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and operational transformation.
  • Proven success operating in complex, multi-business, multi-site, or vertically integrated manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

The range for this position is $191,734.00 - $263,634.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
