Job Description

This position is responsible for leading the master scheduling, materials planning, customs & logistics and warehouse teams as well as driving improvements in planning and operational processes; analyze forecasts and inventory changes; provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer requirements are met and production resources are properly optimized.

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand & production control, materials planning, warehousing & inventory, and customs & logistics.
  • Define and drive the overall strategy to ensure alignment with business growth, customer demand, and operational capabilities.
  • Establish and lead S&OP / demand planning alignment to balance customer demand, production capacity, and supplier capabilities.
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and talent development to build a high-performing supply chain organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify risks, remove obstacles, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support the optimization of master scheduling, materials planning, logistics, and warehouse performance to ensure service, cost, and inventory targets are met.
  • Drive risk management and contingency planning to protect production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Oversee the use of ERP systems to enable accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain visibility.
  • Lead inventory strategy, including reduction of slow-moving and obsolete inventory and improvement of working capital performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, governance, and performance metrics across all supply chain functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, and inventory processes (Lean, CI mindset).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and other teams involved to improve material flow and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the functional expert in capacity planning and supply-demand balancing for production and strategic projects.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and logistics requirements.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Operations and Warehouse Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • CTPAT knowledge (is preferred)
