• Responsible to define, develop and implementing global business processes and digital solutions
within SCM Logistics in strong collaboration with Divisional Logistics and IT and in line with the
overall SCM digitalization roadmap
• Business Product ownership of solution(s) ensuring continuous improvement
• Leading cross-functional international teams to develop and implement global digital solutions
across regions
Support management & communication activities related to owned digital solutions
• Low digital standardization across regions with local ways of working in the plants
• Aligning various interests across the regions to define global standards and digital solutions
that benefit Autoliv as a whole
• Establish strong collaboration with stakeholders
• Overcoming resistance to change

• Driving decisions across regions
