Join us as a Supply Chain Development Analyst

  • In your new role, you’ll focus on data analysis, while supporting the delivery of key activities aligned to systems, reporting and processes simplification
  • You’ll look to simplify and integrate the supply chain management approach, end-to-end processes and tools
  • You’ll gain recognition as a subject matter expert in this collaborative and varied role
  • We're offering this role at associate level

What you’ll do

As a Supply Chain Development Analyst, you’ll f ind innovative solutions to supply chain challenges based on industry best practice We’ll look to you to interrogate, interpret and visualise large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities and identify solutions

You’ll also:

  • Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
  • Conduct and support options analysis, identifying the most appropriate solution
  • Research and learn from external continuous improvement and best practice
  • Build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank
  • Seek opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes, ensuring the best result for the customer

The skills you’ll need:

You’ll need to have an understanding of supply chain services and previous experience of working successfully with third parties. We’ll also expect you to bring detailed experience with a wide range of analytic tools and techniques.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience of Agile ways of working
  • People management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
