About the Team:

Participation in projects and continues improvement processes within supply chain management in order to pre-adapt the Supply Chain for actual and future requirements. Takes part in definition and implementation of excellent processes, best practices and standards for Supply Chain. Supports all functional departments in implementing change and execution of projects.

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Developer COM (Customer Outbound Management) - junior?

• Assists in project work related to Supply Chain Management
• Participation in setting and implementing business standards for Supply Chain Management in alignment with supervisor
• Supports under supervision system development and implementations for all SCM relevant IT solutions
• Takes part in developing a blue print for excellence processes (e.g. freight, customer order processes, ...) within SCM
• 1st line support for (1) continuous improvement process and the benefit database, 1st line support for the definition and exchange of best practice for central customer outbound management
• Defines and implements operational KPI´s and OPI´s for small sites
• Provides a demand coordination structure for small sites
• Assists in the implementation of supply chain solutions to meet customer demands and/or legal affairs for Division B and within ZF Group

Your profile as Supply Chain Developer COM - junior:

• Completed university education (or possibly secondary education with relevant experience)
• Experience in global material flow management, associated processes and systems (-rollouts)
• Project management experience, negotiation skills, change management
• Financial acumen
• Creativity and progressive mindset
