About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply plans to ensure optimal product availability, inventory health, and customer service levels. This role will lead cross-functional planning activities across supply planning, production planning, and inventory management, balancing cost, capacity, and service objectives.

Main responsibilities will include:

Supply Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end supply planning process across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies
  • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels and minimizing costs
  • Oversee supply planning for three manufacturing plants

S&OP / Integrated Business Planning

  • Support and lead the weekly and monthly supply review processes
  • Present global capacity outlook, key risks, and mitigation plan to stakeholders
  • Drive decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis

Data & Systems Management

  • Ensure high-quality planning master data, including planning parameters and system settings
  • Maintain and continuously improve system configuration to ensure reliable planning outputs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, tools, and data accuracy

Risk Management & Communication

  • Proactively identify supply risks and constraints (capacity, materials, production)
  • Communicate clearly and timely on risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture
  • Define clear objectives and monitor team performance

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, or S&OP processes in a healthcare/medical background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with planning systems.
  • Critical thinking with strong operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement approach.
