This role is responsible for managing supply chain data integrity and performance through the Warehouse Management System (WMS), while providing technical and analytical support to optimize purchasing decisions. The position bridges supply chain operations, IT systems, and procurement to ensure data-driven decision-making, cost efficiency, and service level optimization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the WMS master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational processes.
Develop, monitor, and improve supply chain KPIs related to inventory accuracy, stock turnover, service level, and purchasing efficiency.
Provide technical support to supply chain and procurement teams regarding WMS usage, data issues, and system enhancements.
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, demand patterns, and supplier performance trends.
Support purchase optimization initiatives through data modeling, forecasting, spare parts and components technical support and scenario analysis.
Act as a technical liaison between Supply Chain, procurement, technical areas and external spare parts/components providers.
Act as key liaison between Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and external system providers for WMS-related topics.
Provide
Lead or support WMS improvement projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
Ensure data governance standards, documentation, and best practices are applied across supply chain systems.
Train end users on WMS functionalities, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making practices.
Support audit activities by ensuring traceability and reliability of supply chain and purchasing data.
Technical and cross Competences
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP integrations.
Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Understanding supply chain planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in digital tools and reporting platforms.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in maintenance areas, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. (desirable)
Minimum 6 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance and supply chain data management, WMS, or procurement analytics.
Experience with purchase optimization, demand forecasting, or inventory optimization methodologies
Relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Data Analytics are a plus.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel across EU and UK and to other locations as required by operations.
