Supply Chain Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for establishing and leading a new multi-capability DACHl team of Customer service in one of global Strategy & Transformation Service Delivery Capability Centers, playing a key role in providing and interface between Customers and internal for excellent Customer service, supporting Customer Service in daily business, as well as supporting on tasks linked to order management and business systems support & incident management. In addition, the team leader will play a key collaborative role within the wider team to bring together simplification and standardization of processes, looking for continuous improvements and ways to improve the capability center deliverables for DACH, Poland and other markets.

Responsibilities

  • The main accountabilities of the role are to lead team of Customer service team in one of global Strategy & Transformation Service Delivery Capability Centers,
  • Provide and interface between customers and internal for excellent customer service,
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure satisfactory service level,
  • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster SC function and relevant BU teams, embedding Service Delivery Center services within the organization,
  • Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Supply Chain team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders,
  • Problem solving and performance improvement

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English,
  • German (C1) languages - nice to have
  • Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Linguistics
  • Min. 5 years experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a Customer service team in FMCG / CPG
  • Customer Service channels and trade knowledge
  • German market knowledge is a plus
  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and active problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
  • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience with MS Office toolkit
  • Projects/ improvements experience & knowledge
  • Transformation mindset

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 194400PLN annually (gross).
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility.
