We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for executing and supporting the Philadelphia supply chain teams in delivering customer service excellence. You will work with clients, vendors, and operations at both local and global levels. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Philadelphia, PA
100% Onsite

The Role

  • Supervise the daily activities of Distribution Project Coordinators focused on providing excellent service aligned with Catalent's patient-first culture
  • Review and approve staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for demand
  • Assess training needs of team members, oversee training development, and monitor performance metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the Pre-Distribution Department and other areas as needed
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, shipment concerns, and internal questions
  • Support client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coach team members on effective client communication and issue resolution
  • All other duties as assigned

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer relations, supply chain, clinical supply, logistics, or a regulated Good Manufacturing Practice environment; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • Occasionally lifting 0-15 pounds
  • Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent‑sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience

Preferred Skills & Background

  • Experience supporting Corrective and Preventive Actions, investigations, non-conformances, customer complaints, or manufacturing quality-related processes
