Job Description

Supply Chain Intern (Clearance)

Responsibilities:
● Assist in generating Permission Request Slip (PRS) for Import, Export, Transhipment, Local shipments that
are delivered to ZALORA warehouse or will be delivered to customer for order fulfilment from ZALORA
warehouse.
● Assist in generating Consolidated Statement (CS) based on stipulated period by Royal Malaysian Customs
& ensure all are done before the timeline given.
● Submission of PRS to customs for endorsements prior to truck departures.
● Carry out detailed checks to ensure quantity, descriptions, and value is declared accurately.
● Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all customs declarations are done accurately and within
a stipulated time frame.
● Tag each item imported/exported from the warehouse with PRS & CS generated in the warehouse
system.
● Ensure complete files and documents for each shipment are properly stored both electronically and
physically.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations, Management or other related field
● Knowledge of Microsoft excel
● Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround
environment, while maintaining accuracy
● Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results
● Organized, proactive and results oriented.
● Possess a strong attention to details and accuracy is essential
● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently.
● Willingness to learn and have an inquisitive mindset
