Job Description

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives and goals
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain process
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain reports documenting import/export conditions and compliance
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall supply chain performance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to foster a collaborative work environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Experience with supply chain management software is a plus
• A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
