
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II – OFFC – Materials Buyer to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Use statistical analysis and planning simulations to turn raw demand data into accurate, actionable forecasts that improve inventory availability while reducing excess stock.
Strengthen supply chain stability by aligning supply plans with demand plans and proactively identifying risks, shortages, or abnormal demand signals before they impact customers.
Improve inventory performance by validating and optimizing planning parameters such as min/max levels, reorder points, and tracking signals to support efficient Plan for Every Part (PFEP) execution.
Deliver forward-looking insights by analyzing 12-month supply and demand trends and translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Increase operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs, testing parameter changes in simulation environments, and implementing approved adjustments that improve service levels and inventory health.
Support better business decisions through detailed reporting, research, and data-driven collaboration with operations, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning teams.
Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by owning the disaggregate demand, supply, and inventory plans that directly support customer satisfaction and business goals.
Reinforce a safe, high-quality work environment by following HSE and quality standards, participating in improvement initiatives, and continuously developing your technical and cross-functional planning expertise.

Strong communication skills to clearly explain supply chain insights, planning decisions, risks, and recommendations to different audiences across operations, leadership, procurement, and logistics teams.

The ability to think globally and understand how inventory, transportation, supplier performance, and customer demand interact across the end-to-end supply chain.
Confidence managing complex data and competing priorities by analyzing trends, exception messages, KPIs, and planning signals to make informed decisions quickly.
A continuous improvement mentality focused on optimizing workflows, refining planning processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, stability, and customer service.
Strong proficiency with materials planning systems and analytical tools such as Excel, Access, TOAD, or OMS to monitor supply and demand, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
Deep understanding of Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure the right inventory is available at the right place, time, and quantity while supporting smooth material flow and warehouse operations.
Advanced inventory optimization and KPI management skills to balance service, cost, warehouse constraints, and supply chain performance while minimizing trade-offs between competing metrics.
Strategic supply planning capabilities that use statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration to align long-term supply and demand plans while stabilizing operations and meeting financial targets.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
