The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for converting finished and intermediate goods orders (both internal and external) into shipping schedules for the Greenville Site, ensuring customer needs are met. This role involves optimizing production and distribution costs, managing inventory investments within service constraints, and ensuring materials and capacities are available to support schedules. The position serves as a key interface for logistics between the production scheduling group/operations, package/marine command, and internal/external customers.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will.......

  • Develop and manage shipping schedules to meet customer requirements across North America.
  • Optimize production and distribution costs while managing inventory investments.
  • Ensure availability of materials and capacities to support schedules.
  • Serve as a key logistics interface between production scheduling, operations, package/marine command, and customers.
  • Administer and coordinate communication for material movements.
  • Execute SAP transactions for identification, use, and disposition of materials across all inventory categories
  • (raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods).
  • Train associates on scanner use for material movements.
  • Correct errors and maintain accurate inventory quantities in the correct locations.
  • Act as the key interface between technical, supply chain, waste management, and production to ensure efficient material management.
  • Participate in cross-training between coordinators.

If you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or GED/high school diploma with 3+ years of experience in Logistics or supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience with international shipping is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to optimize production and distribution processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to train and support associates in material handling processes.
