Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator provides operational support for Supply Chain, Production Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing teams. This position is responsible for managing and executing production and inventory transactions within SAP and Apriso, coordinating the flow of spare parts, devices, and subassemblies through the manufacturing and distribution process, and ensuring inventory accuracy across systems. The role supports production planning activities through order creation, monitoring, transaction processing, master data maintenance, and shipment coordination while acting as a key liaison between Planning, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Operations.

Responsibilities

  • The Company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications written in English due to our heavily regulated work environment.
  • Create and release spare part, device, and subassembly process orders in SAP, Apriso, and associated paper-based documentation.
  • Monitor process orders throughout the production lifecycle to ensure timely execution and completion.
  • Process production order confirmations and transaction postings within SAP and Apriso.
  • Review process orders for discrepancies, transactional errors, and inventory imbalances and coordinate corrective actions with Warehouse Operations and Manufacturing teams.
  • Assist with monitoring aging process orders and support resolution activities to ensure timely closure.
  • Support cycle count investigations and inventory reconciliation efforts as required.
  • Ensure production transactions are accurately reflected in SAP and Apriso to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) based on direction provided by Production Planning.
  • Create and process SINO requests and associated system transactions.
  • Support production planners through order administration, inventory reviews, and material flow coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining planning-related system data to support operational execution.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely shipment of spare parts, devices, and subassemblies to internal and external customers.
  • Support direct shipment activities and outbound truckload shipments.
  • Maintain shipment records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in resolving shipping and fulfillment issues impacting customer deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The Company’s primary business language is English.   • 2+ years experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Experience utilizing SAP ERP systems required.
  • 1+ experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Apriso, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of production order processing, inventory transactions, and material flow concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
