Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between customers and internal operations where you will ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and deliveries are executed on time. RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process and validate customer orders accurately and within service level expectations
  • Communicate order status, inventory availability, and delivery timelines proactively
  • Monitor open orders and address delays, issues, or changes in real time
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, coordinating solutions across departments
  • Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support urgent orders and customer requests to ensure satisfaction and retention

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels within ERP systems
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
  • Assist with purchase order creation and supplier follow-ups on delivery schedules
  • Ensure shipment documentation is complete, compliant, and accurate
  • Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or a related operational role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in order processing and data entry
  • Effective communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and tracking
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
