What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence with data entry
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and terminology
  • Confidence following processes and standard operating procedures

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar environment
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • A problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
