Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented supply chain professional to join our Melbourne‑based team in a key operational role. If you are motivated by precision, enjoy working across technical and regulated environments, and take pride in coordinating complex processes end‑to‑end, this opportunity offers both challenge and impact.

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant coordination of specialised operations. Working closely with laboratory, warehouse, dispatch, and customer‑facing teams, you will help deliver seamless outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, with flexibility to support focused operational work while remaining closely connected to key stakeholders. You will be part of a supportive team environment that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Monthly travel to regional locations

If you are seeking a role where operational excellence, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration are genuinely valued—and where your work has a direct and visible impact—we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end embryo workflows from booking through to final processing and dispatch readiness
  • Manage inventory allocation, storage locations, stock movements, and reconciliation with full traceability
  • Ensure accurate system transactions, data integrity, and documentation across ERP and operational platforms
  • Coordinate export activities, including permits, certificates, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
  • Act as the central coordination point between laboratory, warehouse, dispatch, and customer teams
  • Proactively manage timelines, resolve discrepancies, and address operational issues
  • Prepare reports and operational insights to support planning and performance improvement
  • Identify and implement process and system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both operational precision and customer service thinking to the role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agribusiness, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational coordination roles
  • Experience in regulated or technically complex environments (desirable)
  • Strong capability with ERP systems (e.g. Jiwa or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑step operational processes with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Clear and effective communication with the ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Proven ability to prioritise and perform in a fast‑paced operational environment
