Proudly serving Sororities and Fraternities, Upper Crust Food Service is known for freshness, quality, variety, and excellent customer service. Upper Crust Food Service began with a vision to solve a problem that many Fraternity and Sorority houses face. That problem is a lack of consistency and professionalism in the kitchen. With a focus on great food and personal service, we’ve remained true to our roots. Today, the chefs of Upper Crust Food Service prepare tens of thousands of meals weekly for students across the country.
UCFS feeds thousands of students every day across dozens of fraternity and sorority chapter houses at major universities — a supply chain unlike any other in foodservice. Our chefs are our internal customers, and when a delivery is late, short, or wrong, the house feels it immediately. At Upper Crust, we believe great work happens when people feel trusted, supported, and engaged. We offer flexibility and autonomy because we hire people who take ownership. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact at a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
The Supply Chain Coordinator is the person who makes it right. You'll be the first call when a shipment is missing, the one chasing the vendor, rerouting the order, and getting the kitchen back on track. You'll keep order guides current, support new house openings, and make sure the day-to-day of supply chain runs without the field having to think about it.
This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is a direct path into broader supply chain ownership at UCFS.

At Upper Crust, we believe in the power of showing up — for our clients, our teammates, and the people we serve. We’re a hospitality-driven food service management company built on genuine care and hard work.
Our people make the difference. From chefs who greet students by name to managers who step in when challenges arise, every member of our team plays a part in creating community through food. We don’t just feed people — we connect them.
We’re guided by five core values: hospitality, ethics, adaptability, responsibility, and transparency. These aren’t just words on a wall—they’re how we make decisions, solve problems, and show up for each other every day. When others make excuses, we find solutions. When others settle, we raise the bar. Our employees take pride in being part of something meaningful: a company that leads with heart, transforms lives through hospitality, and makes food service feel human again.
