Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Transactional Trade Compliance Support
    • Coordinate import and export documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
    • Support customs declaration activities including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, and licensing documentation under guidance of Trade Compliance professionals
  • Data Validation & Record Management
    • Collect, validate, and maintain trade‑related data in designated systems (e.g., classification records, broker documentation, shipment records
    • Ensure supporting documents are retained in accordance with Global Trade Compliance retention requirements
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
    • Act as the coordination point between logistics, procurement, planning, customs brokers, and trade compliance teams.
    • Support issue resolution by coordinating information gathering and follow‑up actions.
    • Escalate potential compliance risks or gaps to Trade Compliance Specialists or Managers
  • GGS Procurement Operation & Data support
    • Support GGS Procurement activities including PR submission, cost data collection, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
    • Assist in preparing procurement‑related data for reviews, audits, andmanagement reporting.
  • SAP Deployment & Digitalization Program Support
    • Support SAP‑related procurement and trade compliance activities, including data readiness, testing coordination, and user support during deployment phases.
    • Participate in procurement and trade compliance digitalization initiatives as a coordination and execution resource.
    • Track program milestones, dependencies, and action items to support on-time project delivery.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in logistics, customs brokerage, supply chain coordination.
  • Exposure to import/export operations or customs processes is preferred

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of import/export regulations and trade documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across functions
  • Proficiency in Excel and documentation management tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (English required)

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of procurement processes, cost data elements, and purchasing workflows.
  • Experience supporting system deployments, or digital programs
  • Basic familiarity with customs concepts such as tariff classification, country of origin, valuation, and licensing
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset
