Job Description

The Supply Chain Contract Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end contract management process for suppliers and service providers for CCR. This role will ensure that the Supply Chain team can implement supplier contracts to achieve best possible risk mitigation, compliance and cost efficiency for CCR globally. Alignment with the legal team of CCR will ensure the adherence to CCR standards and policies. The role will be required to interface with various areas of the business (e.g., Engineering, Operations and Quality) on a local and global level.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements together with Sourcing team, incl. framework agreements, cooperation agreements and NDA’s
  • Ensure contracts align with company policy and legal requirements
  • Support and partner with Sourcing team during supplier selection and RFQ process
  • Support cost savings initiatives through well-structured contracts terms and conditions
  • Develop standard contracts /templates and consistency of contract terms across suppliers and commodities in close alignment with legal team
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and legal team to define contract requirements and standards
  • Lead, support implementation and maintain centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation and revisions control as required
  • Focal point for suppliers for contractual matters
  • Escalate if required contractual disputes with suppliers to legal team
  • Support supplier performance reviews through KPIs, SLAs and contract compliance together with Supply Chain management if required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Legal
  • > 5 years experience in contract management and supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding and experience in contract law, commercial terms and supplier negotiations
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems, components and industry standards is a plus
  • Experience working with ERP Systems
