Some of what you will do:
This internship is designed for a student with a strong interest in the field of supply chain You will be supported by experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful work and projects that will add value to the organization. The primary purpose of the Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst is to support the B2B and B2C business with the right amount of inventory, at the right time, at the right place to serve the business and our customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions.
Specifically, you will:
· Provide day-to-day operational and analytical support to the Supply Chain Replenishment team to help ensure inventory flows effectively through the network.
· Assist with extracting, validating, and organizing data from internal systems and spreadsheets to support inventory, replenishment, and service level analysis.
· Support the creation of basic insights, summaries, and visuals (e.g., trends, exceptions, variances) to enable informed team discussions.
· Help monitor purchase order due dates and collaborate with vendors to confirm shipments, resolve discrepancies, and support on-time delivery.
· Maintain and update tracking tools and reports related to inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
· Support weekly and ad-hoc reporting and help prepare materials for internal meetings.
· Provide general administrative and project support to the team, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
Hybrid (4 days per week in-office, 1 day remote)
Term: Summer Internship (June to August 2026)
Some of what you need:
· Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, sorting/filtering, and organizing data.
· Clear and effective written communication skills, with the ability to summarize information and communicate findings to team members.
· Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including internal teams and external vendors.
